**Job Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers. As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need. This role requires a dedicated and empathetic individual who is committed to enhancing the quality of life for those under their care. **Duties:** - Provide direct support and assistance to individuals in activities of daily living - Monitor and record vital signs as required - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents - Implement care plans and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations - Engage in childcare activities when working with pediatric patients - Demonstrate caregiving skills with empathy and respect for individual resident rights - Work effectively with people on the autism spectrum - Provide end-of-life care for patients in hospice settings **Experience:** - Previous experience in patient care or caregiving roles is preferred - Familiarity with working with individuals with autism or hospice care experience is a plus - Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and basic healthcare procedures Join our team of dedicated caregivers and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
